Today was a total bust food wise. Big BIG McDonald’s meal, lots of points… but luckily my weigh in day is Friday, so I used my weeklies and am trying not to sweat it. Also got a “Surprise, Bitch!” period SO YAY. That’s why I wanted to eat ALL THE THINGS! But I have my lunch packed for tomorrow so that is all good to go.
Ended up going to the 9am class this morning. After a horrible horrible DM visit last night, I got a little tipsy, so 5:30 wasn’t going to happen. I’m off today, so there’s that.
Front Squat 3@60%, 3@70%, AMRAP@80%: 93#, 103#, 113#. Didn’t know my 1rm, so I guessed and went for it!!
14.2: I’m not signed up for the Open, so I took it light and did 25# (until I almost collapsed, then I did 15#), and did banded pullups. Got through 1 round at 16, so huzzah!!
I’m dead though. Seriously exhausted! I’m going to take a bath and see if that helps.
